Welcome to another exciting acro season!!!
The R7Acro United Board has been very busy with plans for the upcoming season. When we met on August 29 we made some changes to our Board. Julie Martin has stepped down as President as she no longer has an active athlete in the sport. Julie will maintain a seat on the board in an advisory role. Sydney Martin has also changed roles and is now the Alumni Representative. Sydney and Julie started R7AU in 2018 to help bring Region 7 together, open communications between clubs, provide meet information and education to all the athletes and parents, and celebrate the accomplishments of all the athletes within the region. Thank you to both Julie and Sydney for all the time and effort they have put into the organization over the past 4 years.
Our current slate of board members and the gyms they are affiliated with are as follows:

Athlete Representatives – Cayley Caldwell XTreme and Rey Leach EAGC
Please reach out to info.r7au@gmail.com if you are interested in a volunteer position or to represent your gym on our board. We would love to see representation from all parts of our region. Our immediate volunteer needs are for a fundraising chair and a social media specialist.
I am very excited for the upcoming acro season and look forward to serving the acro community in this role.
