R7AU Care Package Program

Some highlights about the program:

1. Isabel Chang, a Region 7 Elite Trio athlete, brought this idea to R7AU. She was inspired to start this program because of the care and concern she received when she was out with a severe injury.
2. The program will send out care packages to Region 7 athletes who are out of the gym for an extended period of time due to injury or mental health reasons.
3. The program is meant to encourage our regional athletes.
4. The program is FREE.
